- Our daily rate applies to both the day of arrival and day of departure
- Payment is due on departure. We accept EFTPOS, online banking, and cash. We do not accept credit cards or cheques.
- VIPs get a 5% discount
- Special rates for long stays of one month or longer
- There is a minimum charge that is equivalent to a 3-day stay
- There is a Public Holiday surcharge of $10 for 1 cat or $15 for 2 or more cats
- During the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be no cancellation fees. No Shows will be subject to our usual policies which can be found in our Terms & Conditions
The following policies apply to bookings that include any date from the 20th December to 5th January.
- Bookings can be made at any time
- We require a non-refundable deposit to be made at the time of booking equivalent to a 3-day stay.
- These pre-payment policies do not apply to VIP’s who may make reasonable bookings, cancellations, changes to dates at any time without penalty.
- We will be closed for arrivals/departures and visits on the following days: Christmas Day, Boxing Day, 1st and 2nd of January
