I highly recommend Coast Cattery. Susan and her team took such great care of our Maine Coon, Harvey. It was his first time in a cattery, and they went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and settled. They pay very close attention to each cat's individual needs and are so caring and attentive. I have peace of mind knowing that my cat is in the best hands!

This is the first time our beautiful boy Teddy stayed with Susan at Coast Cattery. We opted for a family room which looked out over the trees. It was lovely and clean - was equipped with lots of toys and beds scattered around the room - Teddy's favourite spot was on a bed looking out the window. Susan provided updates throughout Teddy's stay and pictures, which we loved receiving. When we went to pick Teddy up, he was so settled with Susan, he didn't want to come home. We thoroughly recommend Susan and her cattery - and Teddy will be back there when we go away again. Thank you Susan, you were amazing and so caring!

Reassuring experience for first time users of a cattery. Very welcoming and friendly. We have three cats so they shared an apartment which had window views, cat trees and boxes, all immaculate and clean. Thorough with booking in and contact details. Really appreciated photos uploaded while we were away, time is taken to play and stroke everyday. Highly recommend Coast Cattery.

We rate Coast Cattery very highly and have used them several times now! They really care about the cats and give them individualised one on one care! The rooms for the cats are clean and spacious and we like that you can go in and get them settled when you drop them off. Whenever we pick up Coco she seems happy, well fed and content. Susan is so great with Coco and we love the instagram updates and appreciate how Susan is flexible and good with communication. Coast Cattery will continue to be our go to cattery for Coco!

I've recently had my darling boy Scooby stay at Coast Cattery for almost two weeks. I was so apprehensive about it, as he didn't have a good experience at another Cattery before. However, Susan was so lovely and treated Scooby so well that he was not overly excited to see me on my return :):), which was exactly the reaction I was hoping for, as that would indicate that Scooby had a wonderful stay. Susan is so calm, her place is immaculate and she doesn't only "board" our little furry friends, she actually takes care of them, play with them and gives them heaps of love and cuddles. I would never take Scooby anywhere else, if possible. Thank you Susan for putting my mind at ease and looking after Scooby so well.

Our ragdoll recently had a 4 week stay with Susan and again and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! Susan is always so welcoming and nothing is a problem. The facilities are great, and it is lovely and clean.Throughout her stay, we received regular updates and gorgeous photos, on face book which eased our worries and showed us just how happy she was and how well she was being cared for. It was clear that Tiff was receiving plenty of love and attention and she came home happy and healthy.I highly recommend Coast Cattery and Thank you again for taking such great care of our precious cat.

I went to see Susan and look at her Cattery to see if she would take my 20 year old Rafferty for 3 weeks. The Cattery was perfect for him she was professional caring confident and knowledgeable. Raff became sick while he was there Susan took him to an after hours vet and he was medicated for two weeks. We were out of the country but she kept us informed and I felt total confidence with her care at all times. The Cattery was clean warm and comfortable (even for an old slow slightly forgetful cat) All his dietary and daily needs including medication were met I would have no hesitation taking him back there. This is our 3rd time at Coast Cattery for our Cat Tofu and our longest trip overseas for 3 weeks. We highly recommend this cattery - Susan is such a caring owner and plays with each cat individually as well as showing such affection to all the cats. Coast Cattery took great care of my cats. Susan is incredibly caring and thoughtful about each cats needs. One of my cats is very anxious and Susan made sure she wasn’t disturbed by other cats, and gave her one to one attention to coax her out from hiding. Our Bonnie had a wonderful first ever stay at a cattery here and she came back in great spirits. She has developed UTIs from stress in the past so we were initially worried she may find the experience stressful as she's never stayed at a cattery before despite being 13 years old. She had 9 days at Coast Cattery and came back with a healthy silky coat - looking as happy as ever. Susan was really wonderful to deal with and you can really tell the staff here love their furry guests. Would absolutely recommend Coast Cattery.

I have used Coast Cattery several times for both my boys Theo and Kristoff . Susan spoils them both and the joint rooms they had were perfect. They are not shy of checking out their rooms with tails up showing they are really happy to be there Home away from Home . Susan spoils them both .We are sent photos of both cats even when they are only in for a short term stay .The boys feel loved and cared for, so I leave knowing my boys are in the BEST HANDS .
